ERP & Business Management
Production, inventory, procurement, HR and payroll, accounts and finance in one system. We migrate businesses off spreadsheet-and-Tally workflows onto software that matches how the operation actually runs.
ERP and business systems, web and mobile applications, websites, integrations and the IT support behind them — built for businesses that make, move and maintain real things. Software that understands a shop floor, not just an invoice.
What we do
Every engagement is scoped, priced and delivered by the people who will actually write the code. We take on work we can finish well, and say no to the rest.
Production, inventory, procurement, HR and payroll, accounts and finance in one system. We migrate businesses off spreadsheet-and-Tally workflows onto software that matches how the operation actually runs.
Custom applications built around a specific operational problem: dealer portals, field-force apps, inspection workflows, customer self-service. Android and iOS from one codebase where it makes sense.
Corporate and product websites that load fast on an Indian mobile connection and are built to be edited by your own team. Performance, accessibility and search basics handled during the build, not bolted on after.
Getting systems to talk to each other, and getting numbers out of the ones that hold them. REST APIs, third-party integrations, database design and the reporting layer on top.
Keeping what you have running, and keeping it safe. Troubleshooting, patching, backup and recovery, access control and the security hardening most mid-sized businesses only think about once.
Full-stack teams working in current, well-supported technology — chosen for what your system has to do and who will maintain it after us, not for what is fashionable this year.
Why us
ElectrOCEAN has spent years building control, instrumentation and automation systems for industry. The software team inherited that: a habit of walking the floor before writing a line of code.
We ask what a batch card, a GRN or a warranty claim means in your business before we model it. The requirement document reads like your operations, not a template.
The engineer in your kickoff call is the engineer on your release. No account manager relay, no handover to a junior team after the contract is signed.
Source code, database and cloud accounts stay in your name from day one. Documentation and handover are part of delivery, not a line item at the end.
How we work
You are never asked to approve a budget for work that has not been specified. Discovery and the blueprint are paid, short and yours to keep — even if you take them to someone else.
We sit with the people who do the work, map the current process end to end, and find out where the real cost is.
Screens, data model, integrations and phasing — written down and agreed before a line of code is committed.
Two-week sprints with a working demo at the end of each one. Pilot with one department before the full rollout.
An AMC with named response times, plus training so your team can run the system without calling us every week.
Selected work
Six engagements across manufacturing, mobility, facilities, healthcare and infrastructure. Each one started with a process that had outgrown the way it was being run.
Industries
We take work outside these sectors too — but here we start the first meeting already knowing your vocabulary.
Job work, BOM and routing, shop-floor tracking, quality and traceability, plant-level reporting.
Tier-1 and Tier-2 supplier systems, dealer and warranty portals, service networks, fleet operations.
Maintenance ticketing, asset registers, utility consumption, vendor SLAs, tenant portals.
Procurement and grading, cold-chain visibility, farmer payouts, traceability from lot to despatch.
Sample and specimen logistics, lab workflow, report delivery, compliance and audit trails.
Multi-warehouse inventory, secondary sales, field order capture, scheme and claim settlement.
Questions
Discovery and the blueprint are billed as a short fixed-fee engagement — typically two to four weeks. At the end of it you have a written specification, a prototype and a fixed price for the build. If you decide not to go ahead, the specification is still yours. Ongoing support is a separate annual contract priced on response time, not headcount.
You do, from the first commit. The repository, the database and the cloud accounts are created in your organisation's name and we work inside them. There is no runtime licence, no per-user fee to us, and no dependency on our hosting. If you move to another vendor, nothing has to be unwound.
For a single-location business with standard manufacturing processes, eight to fourteen weeks from kickoff to first go-live, phased by module rather than switched over in one night. Multi-plant rollouts run longer, but the first plant still goes live on that timeline — we don't hold the whole programme to the slowest site.
Usually, yes, and that is often the cheaper answer. If Tally, an existing ERP or a machine-level system is working, we integrate with it rather than replace it. Part of the discovery stage is deciding honestly what should be kept, what should be extended and what is genuinely past saving.
Pune. The whole delivery team works from one office, which is why we can be on your site for workshops, UAT and go-live week without turning it into a travel line item. For clients outside Maharashtra we do discovery on site and the rest remotely.
A 30-day hypercare period at no extra cost, then an annual support contract with defined response and resolution times by severity. Training is delivered to your team during the build, not after, and we record the sessions so new joiners aren't dependent on us.

A 30-minute call with an engineer, not a salesperson. We'll tell you what we'd do, roughly what it costs, and whether we're the right people for it.
